Goofy Faces, 8-1-09

It's a bit unusual to get couples over a certain age--mostly I draw a lot of babies and adolescents. This is a rare treat.

I like how this body turned out. I need to start being more instinctive and gestural when I'm blocking out poses (and making sure I haven't drawn the neck first).

I don't think there's a boy in the world who will complain about being drawn as Wolverine.

"Draw us like we just robbed a bank or something and like, with guns and stuff. And in Mexico with cactuses and all that. But no sombreros or none of that." I laughed out loud at the latter part.
